Indigo Children, The New Kids Have Arrived / Do You Believe?

August 5, 2011 by Margaret Duarte

Seven of the characters in my latest novel, Between Now and Forever, are Indigo Children.

I’m lucky. I write fiction. So it’s okay to think outside the box. Actually, my stories are better for it.

I love what I learned about Indigo Children during my research. I don’t think it would hurt to keep this phenomenon in mind (be it true or not) in the way we educate our kids.

Do You Believe in Indigo Children?

Whether you believe in Indigo Children or not, here’s an interesting segment of Anderson Cooper discussing the phenomenon.

As always, thanks for stopping by,

Hi Rosi. Because I've been researching Indigos for so long, I keep thinking everyone knows about Indigos. But, since not, I think my story will bring something new to readers–hopefully something not done before.

Marvelous! Really enjoyed watching the video. We have much to learn when it comes to evolution. It appears the Indigos and Crystal children are gifts to humanity meant to show us the way.

I really appreciated this post! Too bad the reporters could barely hold in their amusement…I wish they could have been more neutral about it. I would love to read your novel!

Hi Debra Mae. All children are gifts, of course, but if there are such people as Indigos and Crystals, we need to open our eyes and arms to them and help them help the world.

Hi Maggie. Yes, the reporters obviously don't believe in the phenonomen, but at least they are talking about it. That's sort of where I stand. I believe, yet I don't. But what does it hurt to consider the needs of the Indigo and apply it to all school students? It's a new age, and the way we educate our kids must change with the times–marketplace and emotional/spiritual demands. That's what I like about writing fiction. I tell stories–with a message.

Absolutely! Look around us. Indigo's are all grown up and tee'd off and they have no problem showing it around the world. They are the system busters and the status quo changers!
Thanks for stopping by our blog. We have a live chat coming up Tuesday Aug.23rd with author Gina Otto (Cassandra's Angel)9 PM Eastern Time. We'd love to have you join us. http://www.intentionalconsciousparenting.com

Hi Carol and Stacy. Maybe the Indigos will help bring some unity to this world. Less about me and more about we.
